Favorite dessert for ladies is tiramisu. Light, fragrant tiramisu is a wonderful dish for those with a sweet tooth who care about their figure and health. At the same time, you will learn how to cook mascarpone with your own hands.

  1. Let's get started. We take heavy cream - twice the weight of mascarpone that we need to get. Pour the cream into a saucepan, put on fire.
  2. Boiled? Add lemon juice.
  3. Stir, keep on fire for about five minutes. As soon as you see that the cream has curdled in lumps, turn it off, it's ready. This is the main sign.
  4. Cool the mass to room temperature, refrigerate for 6-8 hours, overnight.
  5. Strain through a sieve the next day. Your soft tender freshest mascarpone is ready.
  6. Now let's prepare the custard.
  7. We heat up the milk. Add sugar (half) and wait for it to dissolve.
  8. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  9. Whisk the yolks. Gradually add sugar to them.
  10. Add flour while continuing to beat.
  11. We add some milk.
  12. Has the milk boiled? Whisking constantly, pour the yolk mixture into it in a thin stream.
  13. The mixture thickens before our eyes, turns into a homogeneous mass. Add vanilla to it, mix, remove from heat.
  14. Now it is important: so that even the smallest lumps do not remain, we filter our mixture through a sieve. We cool and send our cream to settle in the refrigerator, also for the night.
  15. Finally, the moment comes when we have everything prepared for tiramisu. Now everything is fast and easy.
  16. Gently mix the cream with mascarpone. In no case should this be done with a mixer - only by hand.
  17. Add some rum and mix gently again.
  18. We brew strong sweet coffee, drip a little rum into it.
  19. We choose the most beautiful kremanki that can be found in the house. To start, down - a little cream with mascarpone.
  20. Quickly dip Savoyardi cookies in coffee and spread on cream - two pieces per bowl.
  21. Fill them with cream.
  22. The next layer is again coffee-soaked cookies, three each.
  23. The top layer is cream.
  24. The final touch is cocoa. Sprinkle generously with it through a sieve so that it evenly, without lumps, covers your dessert.
