Extremely healthy and tasty, tuna looks more like meat than fish. The French even call tuna "sea veal". Tuna on skewers with lemon juice and fragrant spices perfectly cooked on a grill pan. Tuna skewers look beautiful thanks to bright tomatoes and zucchini.

  1. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for half an hour. Cut the tuna into large pieces and mix with lemon juice, spices and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cut the onion into quarters, cut the zucchini into circles.
  3. Make small skewers by alternating tuna, tomato, onion and zucchini pieces on skewers.
  4. Grill the tuna skewers on a very hot cast iron grill pan for about 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle the skewers with chopped cilantro and serve.
