  3. Add 200 g of muesli to it, mix.
  4. We spread it in a detachable form and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
  5. Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath.
  6. We collect all the ingredients for a creamy curd soufflé.
  7. Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons, rub the zest.
  8. Beat 500 g of cottage cheese with lemon juice and zest, 250 g of yogurt and 50 g of powdered sugar.
  9. Separately, beat 300 ml of cream 33%.
  10. Add cream to curd. Then slowly add the gelatin.
  11. We spread the cream cheese cream in the mold on the frozen chocolate muesli. We put the cake without baking in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
