While the potatoes are soaking, wash and peel the rest of the vegetables and mushrooms. Also cut into thin slices.
  2. Mix the cream with eggs, cumin, chopped herbs, salt, pepper and a pinch of turmeric. Chop the garlic. Drain potato slices in a colander, rinse again with water. Now everything is ready for the next step.
  3. Place parchment paper on the bottom of a springform pan. Lubricate the entire container with oil. Then successively lay potatoes, eggplants, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and again potatoes in layers in the form of fish scales.
  4. At the same time, cover each layer with a creamy-egg mixture and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  5. Decorate the top of the cake with cauliflower and also pour cream with eggs, chopped herbs and spices.
  6. Cover the form with foil or parchment paper and place in the oven for 45-60 minutes (temperature 200 °). Juice will be released during the baking process.
