Appetizing appetizer for different dishes of capelin caviar! Taste it! A wonderful appetizer that goes well with potatoes prepared in various ways. Delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Defrost the caviar in advance if necessary. But you need to do this in the refrigerator, for example, by transferring it there from the freezer overnight. Salt the defrosted caviar, add vinegar. Now beat the caviar at high speed for 10 minutes.
  2. Start pouring in the butter a little while whisking. When the caviar turns white, you can stop beating. At this point, add salt and vinegar if desired.
  3. Peel the onion, chop quite finely and put in the caviar. Whisk everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then add mayonnaise and stir. Put the resulting mass in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, after which you can serve it to the table.
