They cook quickly, and the taste is simply amazing! I didn't get pastries in the oven, I don't get it, and that's it. And with this test, everything turned out fine.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add one tablespoon of sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of flour. Cover the dough with a napkin and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs with the remaining sugar. Melt the butter. Pour beaten eggs and melted butter (not hot) into the matched dough, mix and add flour in portions, knead the dough and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  3. Prepare the filling. Cut the cabbage (as you like, I cut it smaller), chop the onions and fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Boil the eggs, chop finely and add to the fried cabbage, salt.
  5. Knead the raised dough, roll into a sausage and cut into balls about the size of a tangerine. Roll the balls into a flat cake 2 cm thick. Put the filling on the dough and fasten to the top in an overlap. Put the pies on a greased baking sheet, grease with an egg and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes. at a temperature of 150 degrees.
  6. Any filling can be done, this dough goes well with any fillings.
