Almost dietary jelly cake, very fragrant and tender. You can supplement the cake with your favorite berries or fruits, then the cake will be even tastier.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The first thing to do is to prepare a classic biscuit. I used a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, for which I needed 3 eggs.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt. As soon as they begin to foam, add sugar in a thin stream. Beat until thick white foam. Separately grind the yolks with half the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. We combine proteins with yolks. Add sifted flour. We extinguish the soda with lemon juice and mix everything. Dust the baking dish with flour, pour out the dough. We send it to a preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Put the finished biscuit on the wire rack so that the biscuit does not rot.
  5. Carefully cut off the top of the biscuit so that the cake is even.
  6. Pour gelatin with water, according to the instructions on the package, let it swell.
  7. After that, pour yogurt into a saucepan, add gelatin, beat with a mixer, let the yogurt warm up. Do not boil, but warm.
  8. We soak the biscuit cake with raspberry or strawberry juice.
  9. Pour out the yogurt. Let cool for about 15 minutes and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, until thickened.
  10. From above, as soon as the yogurt is seized, lay out the chopped banana.
  11. We dilute the jelly, as in the instructions, let it cool slightly, to room temperature. Pour half of the jelly on top of the banana, put the yogurt-jelly cake in the freezer for 10 minutes, then add the rest of the jelly.
  12. Sprinkle the yogurt-jelly cake with coconut flakes on top. The yogurt layer comes out thin, if you want the yogurt layer to be decent, thick, the amount of ingredients should be doubled.
