  2. Make cottage cheese homogeneous with a blender. Mix cottage cheese with yogurt, sour cream and powdered sugar.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in 200 ml of boiling water. Add another 200 ml of cold water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Now add gelatin to the curd mass, mix and spread on the base in a detachable form. Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  5. Cut fruit and decorate yogurt cake. First, we check that the cake has frozen and kept its shape so that the fruit lies on the surface of the cake.
  6. Prepare fruit jelly: dissolve in the same way in 200 ml of boiling water, add 200 ml of cold water, stir. Gently pour over fruit.
  7. We place the cottage cheese and yogurt jelly cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to freeze the jelly with fruits.
