This burger recipe was invented by Jamie Oliver. And everything that the famous English chef comes up with is always awesomely tasty.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the pear into long, thin slices. Toss gently with lettuce leaves, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar, season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Stir the minced meat with your hands, add a pinch of salt and pepper, mold a cutlet 1 cm thick. Grease 1 tsp. olive oil, place in a large nonstick skillet and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Brown the bun halves at the same time on both sides.
  3. Flip the burger over and cook for another 2 minutes. Crumble the cheese next to it and let it melt. Slide the burger over the skillet until it is covered with melted cheese and transfer to a bun. Top with greens and pears, cover with the other half, squeeze a little and serve with the remaining salad.
