A wonderful recipe for amazingly tender beef to your festive table. I now make for every holiday - this is my signature dish! It is not necessary to take portions. You can take a whole piece of meat and cut it in front of guests. So it will even be more beautiful for the festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except meat) in a bowl, put the beef in the mixture (do not forget to wash it and dry it!). Thoroughly roll the meat in the marinade, cover with a lid (or plastic wrap) and refrigerate. Minimum 1 hour, maximum 24 hours. Ideal for the night.
  2. Take our meat out of the refrigerator, put it on a sheet of foil and seal it well so that there are no holes. Take good foil, thick. For reliability, you can wrap it in several layers.
  3. Be sure to preheat the oven well to 200 degrees. Put our meat in the oven for 2 hours. 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking, take it out and open the foil on top - let it brown to get a golden brown crust. Insist beef for 30 minutes and can be served.
