The flank is known to be a useful but somewhat harsh part. To get a tender, juicy dish from such meat, it is enough to boil it properly. For bear meat, the method will come in handy, since this game is supposed to be subjected to prolonged heat treatment

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the defrosted meat, cut into several large pieces. Place in a saucepan, cover with cold water, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, remove the foam. Reduce heat to low, cover, cook for about 6 hours.
  2. When the cooking time is over, drain the water, wait for the meat to cool. Cut the bear meat into goulash pieces. Heat oil in a thick-walled skillet, fry for 5-7 minutes until a pleasant golden brown color appears.
  3. Mix sour cream with soy sauce, pour into a skillet, reduce the temperature and leave the liquid to thicken for 8-10 minutes.
  4. That's all! Serve the bear with boiled potatoes, garnish with chopped herbs, and enjoy!
