Delicious, hearty and original appetizer. Will always become the center of attention on the festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the dill, dry it, separate from the branches and chop finely. Wash the chili pepper, dry, cut into half rings, removing the seeds. Squeeze the garlic through a press.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  3. In a bowl, combine the minced meat (minced meat can be any - chicken, mixed; I had a piece of lean beef, and I ground it), dill, garlic, chili. Add the egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Knead well.
  4. Form small flat cutlets from minced meat.
  5. Fry the patties in vegetable oil on both sides.
  6. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into two halves.
  7. Put a cutlet on the bottom of the tomato.
  8. Cover with the top and chop off with a toothpick.
  9. Place in a baking dish. I sprinkled it lightly with vegetable oil, but this is not necessary. Send to a preheated oven (180-190 degrees). Time should be taken to ensure that the tomatoes do not fall apart. I didn't keep track of it a bit and the tomato was too baked, but it didn't affect the taste.
  10. All! Invite your friends to the table and enjoy! This is delicious! Enjoy your meal!
