The preparation of minced meat for the cutlet is especially important: it must contain the right meat and, of course, a certain amount of fat. We took the liberty of adding green onions as well as mustard and Worcestershire sauce. And it's worth noting that our culinary experiment was a success! Everyone who has tried such a sandwich is asked to share with them the recipe for making a burger in order to repeat it at home and to please loved ones.

  1. Peel the meat for the burger from films and veins, turn it along with the fat through a meat grinder with a large grid. Finely chop the green onion and garlic and put in the minced meat, stir. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper, stir again.
  2. Put the prepared minced meat for burgers in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then form 6 identical round, slightly flattened meat patties about 2 cm thick from it.
  3. Grill the patties in a preheated grill pan without oil until cooked to the desired degree. First, let them cook for 3 minutes. from each side. If you want more deep-fried burgers, you will need another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Prepare the vegetables for the burger at the same time. Thinly chop the red onion, pickles and tomatoes. Cut the buns into halves and grill, cut side down.
  5. Put the finished burgers on the bottom of the bun, season with ketchup and mayonnaise on top, put onion rings, tomatoes, pickles, cover with the other half of the bun. Serve burgers with french fries.
