The name speaks for itself! Today I will show you how to prepare an unusual, incredibly tasty Chessboard appetizer! No wonder they say that all ingenious is simple. Try it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for the recipe. Thaw the dough at room temperature. The piece of meat should be more or less rectangular with no bones or a lot of fat. Let's get started! Slice the meat 1 cm thick along the grain. Cover with foil or a bag and beat with a hammer. Marinate the meat. To do this, add salt, spices, vinegar and olive oil to it. Mix thoroughly with your hands and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Take a rectangular piece of dough. No need to roll out! Step back 1-1.5 cm from the edge and cut the dough into strips with a knife. The width of the strips is 1.5 cm. Fold the strips of dough through one. Place a piece of meat as shown in the photo. Cover the meat with stripes. Peel back the next strips and put the piece of meat back on. And so continue until you run out of dough and meat. Decorate the edge beautifully. I cut a strip of dough from above and covered the bottom edge with it, straightened and cut off the excess. Sprinkle the "checkerboard" with sesame seeds and place in the oven for 30 minutes, temperature - 200 degrees. The meat in the Chessboard dough is ready! Cut into strips and help yourself
