Meatballs with Skewers

An excellent solution for a delicious lunch or dinner. Fast, simple and tasty.

Ingredients

• 600 g ground beef
• 200 g fatty minced pork
• 1 cup dry bread crumbs
• milk
• 1 medium onion
• 1 egg and 1 yolk
• salt, freshly ground black pepper
• vegetable oil
• teriyaki sauce
• 300 g colorful cherry tomatoes

Directions

1. Place long wooden skewers in hot water for 30 minutes. Pour the bread crumbs with enough milk to completely cover the crumbs, leave for 5-10 minutes. Then add the egg, lightly beaten with yolk.
2. Chop the peeled onion very finely, mix with pork and ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, add bread with eggs, knead thoroughly. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
3. Soaking your hands in hot water, roll the meatballs about the size of a plum and place them on a greased tray. Brush the meatballs with teriyaki sauce.
4. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Alternate between the meatballs and cherry tomatoes on the skewers. Place the kebabs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until the meatballs are done, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
