  1. First of all, you need to prepare all the ingredients. Peel the garlic, peel and coarsely chop the potatoes. Chop greens, cut pork into pieces.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a hot pan, put pork, fry until a crust forms.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, put it in the pork pan.
  4. Deep-fry the potatoes, sprinkle with salt, put them in a pan with meat and onions, stir.
  5. Cut the garlic into thin slices, chop into strips. Add garlic to meat and potatoes. Sprinkle with spices.
  6. Add a little chopped greens. Add tomatoes, cut into thin slices. Stir.
  7. Place the ojakhuri carefully on the plates. Sprinkle with herbs.
  8. According to Georgian traditions, ojakhuri (Georgian dish) should be served in a ketsi, stone or earthen pan.
