  1. Thoroughly rinse the ribs, dry with paper towels, then cut into portions.
  2. Squeeze out the garlic with the "garlic press".
  3. Cut the onion into rings or half rings.
  4. We put the pan on the fire, heat the vegetable oil in it. Put the ribs in hot oil and fry over high heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring with a spatula.
  5. When the meat is browned, add the onion and garlic to the pan and reduce the heat. Mix everything well and continue to fry for about 6 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
  6. Next, pour a small amount of boiling water into the pan. Add salt, pepper (including allspice), bay leaf and other spices at our discretion. Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and continue to fry for about half an hour, until the meat is cooked. Do not forget to periodically stir the contents of the pan!
