  1. Rinse the legs of the rabbit. Prepare (peel and cut) vegetables. Add oil, salt to taste, paprika to vegetables, mix. Salt the legs and put them in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Put vegetables to the rabbit, add thyme and pour over soy sauce. Tightly seal the form in foil and cook in the oven at 200 degrees - 1 hour.
  3. Before the end of cooking, remove the foil and brown the dish. Rabbit legs baked with potatoes in the oven are ready! Enjoy your meal!
