  4. Grind the ingredients in a bowl with a mixer.
  5. Introduce cottage cheese into the resulting mass. Beat everything with a mixer.
  6. We break eggs into curd mass. Working as a mixer again.
  7. It remains to add the sifted flour and at the same time introduce the baking powder for the dough. Beat the ingredients again until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
  8. Peel the apples for the pie, and then cut into slices, having previously removed the seeds.
  9. Grease the form in which you plan to bake the apple-cottage cheese pie with margarine or butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We spread the curd dough.
  10. Put apple slices beautifully on the dough.
  11. Prepare the icing from the remaining sugar and butter (boil, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved). Cover the apples with icing.
  12. Bake the apple pie from the curd dough in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 175-180 degrees.
  13. Sprinkle the finished apple pie with icing sugar if desired.
  14. Cut the apple pie into portions and serve.
