This incredibly simple apple pie, thanks to the crunchy nuts, has sparkled with new colors. Make this beautiful and delicious apple pie for your family.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for the apple nut pie. I never tire of repeating that when cooking it is very convenient when everything is at hand.
  2. Beat eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar (80 g) and beat until frothy with a whisk.
  3. Pour in milk, sift baking powder, cinnamon and wheat flour here. Stir, add vegetable oil. Do not be intimidated by the fact that the dough is very runny, you are doing everything right.
  4. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
  5. Pour cognac into apple slices and mix with your hands.
  6. Combine the apple filling with the dough and starch, stir gently so that all the apples are covered with the dough.
  7. Grease a detachable baking dish (I have a diameter of 18 cm) with butter or cover with parchment. Lay out the dough and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  8. While the cake is baking, make the hazelnut frosting. Mix softened butter and sugar in a bowl, beat in an egg.
  9. Chop the nuts with a knife or in a blender and mix with the rest of the ingredients. The fill is ready.
  10. Remove the pie from the oven, fill with the filling and put in the oven again for 10 minutes.
  11. During this time, a ruddy, crispy nutty crust forms on the cake. Leave the cake in a baking dish to cool completely, preferably for a few hours.
  12. Then place it on a dish.
