For a long time I have been preparing the basics according to this recipe, replacing the broth with a cucumber pickle, salt is not required, there is no liquid left, the meat turns out to be very tender, and the dish is very fragrant

  1. Wash the meat, dry it, clean it from films and tendons, cut into cubes. Peel the garlic, pass through a press, or grate on a fine grater, peel the onion, wash, chop finely. Wash greens, dry, chop finely, cut pickled cucumbers into cubes (cucumbers can be peeled). Fry the meat with onions in a deep saucepan until golden brown, pour in the cucumber pickle, 0.5 tbsp. hot water, add tomato paste, pepper, stir, cover and simmer for 40-50 minutes over low heat. Wash the potatoes, peel, wash well again, cut into cubes, fry almost ready. Add pickled cucumbers, potatoes, peppercorns, garlic, bay leaf to the stewpan to the meat, mix gently, cover and simmer for another 20-25 minutes, sprinkle with herbs.
