Such a chicken always cooks quickly and at the same time it turns out very tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken, cut into the breast, put it upside down and beat it well with a hammer (or frying pan), going over all the bones and joints. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop finely, mix with salt and spread this mixture on the chicken on all sides and under the skin. Heat a frying pan with a thick bottom, melt the butter and vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, put the chicken, oppression on top (I put a 5 liter saucepan and poured water into it), reduce the heat to medium. Fry the chicken on both sides for 15 minutes. Then put the chicken into a plate, pour the cream into a frying pan (I drained the butter, but it tasted), salt and pepper, squeeze out the garlic and let the sauce boil. Put the chicken in the boiling sauce, pour the sauce over it and put it in a hot oven for 5-6 minutes (I left it on the stoves for 10 minutes, covering it with a lid and fire to a minimum). Everything! The chicken is ready! Serve with fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.
  2. Bon Appetit!
