Baked Farfalle with Minced Meat

A hearty and quick-to-prepare pasta casserole with minced meat, tomatoes and a crispy garlic-cheese crust.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the minced meat and fry, stirring and breaking the lumps, until golden brown. Season to taste.
  2. Grind the bread in a food processor. Add garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and chili. Scroll into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Add some olive oil and grated cheese to the bread. Mix.
  4. Boil the pasta until al dente.
  5. When the minced meat is ready, add the tomatoes, mix, warm up.
  6. Add pasta to the minced meat, mix.
  7. Put everything in a baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Place in oven (200 °) for 15 minutes. Ceramic molds may take a little longer.
  8. Enjoy your meal!
