You can also make a curd casserole without eggs - it's easy to replace them with bananas! Banana baked goods are delicious and elegant.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, sugar and semolina. (If the curd is dry, you can add a little sour cream.)
  2. Grind the banana with a blender.
  3. Add the banana puree to the curd mass and mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Line the form with foil (or parchment) and grease with oil. Put the banana-curd mass into a mold.
  5. Place in the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. Then remove the casserole from the oven and spread it thickly with sour cream (it took me 4 tablespoons, but I had a high and small diameter form).
  7. Place the casserole in the oven for about 20 more minutes.
  8. Remove the prepared banana-curd casserole from the oven, cool in a mold (it is easier to separate the cold casserole from the foil).
  9. The banana curd casserole is ready.
  10. Bon Appetit!
