The finished bread has the shape of a loaf, but the whole point is that it is divided into separate parts - sandwiches. We take the filling in the form of boiled sausage and our favorite cheese - I used melted plates, but a simple hard one is also perfect). A slice of tomato and a sprig of green salad in addition to this sausage and cheese sandwich is a great option for a simple and hearty breakfast!

  1. So, this recipe for yeast baking includes the following ingredients: yeast dough, high-quality boiled sausage or ham, as well as cheese (I have processed, but you can use hard or semi-hard already cut into slices).
  2. First of all, cut the sausage into not thick slices, as well as the cheese, if necessary - the filling is ready.
  3. Now we are working with the test. I have this so-called Khrushchev or French dough, which ferments in the refrigerator. Its distinctive feature also lies in the fact that it contains a lot of butter, so when cutting it does not require flour. Rolls the dough into a layer, about 5 mm thick.
  4. Now we cut it into rectangles, the width of which is equal to the width of the baking dish. In length, such flat should be 2.5 times the width.
  5. Put sausage circles on one end of the rectangles.
  6. Cover the sausage with cheese slices.
  7. Now we cover the filling with the second half of the dough - we get such raw sandwiches. We do the same with the rest of the dough and filling - in total I made 10 sandwiches.
  8. We take a rectangular shape and fold our blanks into it with an accordion. You should have some space on one edge - this is necessary, as the dough will grow during the proofing process. I always make such a spacer out of paper and as the dough grows in volume, I just take it out.
  9. After an hour in the warmth, our workpiece will grow and take up all the place in the form. You can bake a bread sandwich.
  10. We cook it at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  11. Then take it out of the mold and let it cool slightly. We eat warm, and when it cools down, we just heat it up in the microwave.
