  8. The dough fit perfectly - it increased 2-2.5 times.
  9. We knead it and stretch it into a layer. The dough is obedient, does not require flour burning.
  10. Then we roll the dough into a tight roll.
  11. We bend the ends and make the loaf neat.
  12. Then we transfer the blank to a baking sheet, which I recommend to cover with baking paper and sprinkle a little with flour. At this time, we warm up the oven to 230 degrees.
