This dish is suitable for all occasions. Bruschetta can be successfully offered to unexpectedly arriving friends, and to your family as a delicious snack, while dinner is not yet ready. Just 15 minutes and the delicious bruschetta is ready.

  1. Put tofu, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl, add olive oil, a few drops of lime juice, turmeric and thyme. Mix everything thoroughly. To do this, if you wish, you can use a blender.
  2. Sprinkle a frying pan with olive oil and fry the ciabatta pieces until crisp.
  3. Rub the fried bread with a clove of garlic.
  4. In the remaining oil, fry the mushrooms, cut into slices.
  5. We collect bruschetta. Smear the pieces of bread with tofu cream. Put the champignons on top.
  6. Then sun-dried tomatoes.
