Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

  1. Peel the heads of Brussels sprouts from the harsh outer leaves, cut out the stumps (they are bitter). Boil cabbage until half cooked in salted boiling water, 4–5 minutes.
  2. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Heat the oil in a deep skillet and fry the bacon on it until golden brown. Add cabbage and sauté everything together for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Season with salt, drizzle with lemon juice and stir. Serve hot.
