  2. Combine meat, bread crumbs and mustard in a large bowl. Add 1 egg and garlic fried onion. Season with salt and pepper and knead the minced meat thoroughly. Form 4 burgers.
  3. In a skillet, heat 3 tbsp. l. olive oil. Fry the burgers on both sides until cooked through. Transfer to a warm plate. In the remaining oil in the pan, cook 4 fried eggs.
  4. Wash the tomato, dry it and cut into slices. Peel the remaining red onion and cut into rings. Cut the burger buns in half.
  5. Grease the lower halves of the buns with mayonnaise. Arrange the lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, burger and lettuce again. Place the fried eggs on top and cover with the top half of the buns.
