Author's recipe. Or rather, a complete improvisation - I made a cake from what was in the kitchen, because there was no time to buy something. Moreover, she cooked for a meeting with friends at the university. This is how the name of the cake was born :) I think you will like it.

  1. The cakes are made according to the same principle and order: beat the egg with sugar and vanilla. Add milk, stir. Add soda, pay off. I always quench the soda with apple cider vinegar, it gives the flavor. At this stage, add cocoa to the chocolate crust. Then add flour and mix well. Add oil.
  2. Grease the form with vegetable oil, pour out the dough.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  4. When the cakes are baked and cool, soak them with sweet, honey water or diluted jam.
  5. Soak the chocolate cake too.
  6. Then mix (do not beat) sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
  7. Cut the apple into slices and place on the bottom crust. Pour everything with sour cream.
  8. Put the second cake on top and put it in the refrigerator for now.
  9. Next, make the icing. I took cocoa - ground "Nesquik". This type of cocoa, which is intended for drinking, gives a viscous glaze and it lays down beautifully and evenly.
  10. In general, in a saucepan, mix all the ingredients for the glaze, melt over low heat and bring to a homogeneous mass.
  11. Remove the cake from the refrigerator, grease with icing.
  12. The cake turns out to be sweet, with an interesting, pleasant taste.
