These homemade baked goods have not only caramel color and aroma, but also a characteristic pleasant taste. Delicate, soft and juicy dough goes well with the freshness of apple slices, which set off the moderately sweet taste of caramel muffins. If you wish, you can replace apples with a pear - it will turn out very tasty too.

From the listed amount of ingredients used, you will have 10 standard apple muffins. If you don't have such portion molds yet, feel free to cook one large caramel cake. The temperature for the oven is the same (180 degrees), however, the baking time will have to be increased - I think that the cake with apples will be ready in 40-45 minutes.   1. We will cook caramel muffins from such products as: apples, wheat flour (premium or first grade), boiled condensed milk, chicken eggs, refined vegetable (I have sunflower) oil, granulated sugar and baking powder for dough.
  2. We immediately turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. In a bowl, break two medium-sized chicken eggs (45-50 grams each), add 30 grams (these are 2 level tablespoons) of sugar.
  3. Beat everything with a fork, whisk or mixer for about a minute. After that, put 200 grams of boiled condensed milk and add 50 milliliters of odorless vegetable oil. You can use butter if you want, but then it will need to be melted and cooled completely. In this case, you will also need to add a tablespoon of wheat flour to the dough.
  4. Stir again until smooth and then sift 150 grams of wheat flour mixed with 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder.
  5. We combine all the ingredients to get a smooth and homogeneous dough without lumps.
  6. It remains only to add apples (250 grams in an already peeled form) to it, which we peel and seed pods, and then cut into a medium cube.
  7. Mix the dough and apple slices with a spoon or spatula and you can bake caramel muffins.
  8. If you have silicone molds, it is not necessary to lubricate them with oil. But lightly treat the metal with vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick. From the specified amount of ingredients used, I get 10 cupcakes.
  9. We bake them on a medium level in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Cool the finished caramel muffins with apples and you can brew tea.
