  2. Prepare the sauce by boiling the milk and flour in a saucepan until the mixture thickens. Add grated cheese. When the cheese dissolves, pour the sauce over the vegetable casserole. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees, and send the casserole in the oven for 25 minutes. When cooked, sprinkle with herbs, preferably basil.
