We couldn't pass a burger with three different cheeses - too many people are very, very fond of melted cheese. In principle, you can choose the cheese to suit your taste, but first try the proposed option.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Form a cutlet from the minced meat ("washer"). Fry, preferably on a grill, sprinkle with vegetable oil until cooked through, 10-15 minutes. Salt.
  2. Place mozaredda, cheddar cheese and emmental on top of the cutlet. Grill or oven. The cheese should only melt a little, and not bubble and "flow".
  3. Also bake the bun on the grill or in the oven so that it crunches a little.
  4. Grease the bottom of the bun with mayonnaise. Place lettuce and a slice of tomato on top of it. Then a cutlet with melted cheeses. Garnish with the fries and gently cover with the other half of the bread, also brushed with mayonnaise. Serve with pickled beets, fries and ketchup.
