Yoghurt baked goods are very tender. Cheesecake with apple and jam - very quick, easy to prepare and incredibly delicious pie, because it's apple baked goods!

Ingredients

  1. Grind the softened (not melted!) Butter with sugar.
  2. Add flour, yogurt (sour cream), salt, egg and knead the dough. It should be soft, not sticking to your hands (if necessary, you can add a little more flour). Set it aside while preparing the filling.
  3. Finely chop the apples, you can add cinnamon or vanilla sugar (as you like, you can grill the walnuts). You don't have to add anything.
  4. Put the main part of the dough in a baking dish (you can directly on the baking sheet, but you need to bend the edges well so that the filling does not leak out). Put apples and jam on the dough (you can take turns or mix).
  5. Connect the opposite sides of the test "bottom" with thin flagella. Brush the apple cheesecake with a mixture of egg yolk and egg white until it is golden brown.
  6. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees (look at the cake, it should brown thoroughly) for about 30 minutes (periodically look and check that the cheesecake with apples does not burn, the color in the finished version will be brownish, like on photos).
  7. Treat your family or guests with such a cake, they will lick your fingers! Bon Appetit!
