Quinoa is most often cooked as a porridge or as a side dish. Try adding a little of this cereal to the minced chicken - the cutlets will turn out to be softer and more tender.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop half of the onion, cut the other half into rings. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the quinoa, add the egg, ground coriander, chopped onion and chopped garlic clove. Salt and pepper, mix well. Form 2 cutlets from minced meat.
  2. Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil until cooked on both sides.
  3. Cut the buns in half and brown them in a dry skillet, cut side down.
  4. Prepare the sauce. Combine yogurt with finely chopped mint, salt and stir.
  5. Spread the sauce on the buns. Place a cutlet over the bottom halves of the buns, several onion rings and tomato slices each. Cover with the top halves of the buns, press down lightly and serve.
