  1. Dry the chicken fillet, cut equally into strips 1.5 cm thick and about 6-7 cm long. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings, press the garlic with a knife. Cut the champignons into thin slices.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a thick-walled pan, add butter and fry the garlic and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken, increase heat to high and fry, shaking the pan constantly for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms, drizzle with soy sauce, cover, cook for 2 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour evenly, stir and pour in the cream. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
