In the Tex-Mex kitchen, this dish is prepared with red beans, while in Mexico, chili con carne is made simply from beef and chili peppers.

  1. Peel and chop the garlic and 1 onion. Peel sweet peppers from seeds and stalks, cut into cubes. Heat 1 tbsp in a skillet. l. butter, add prepared onion and garlic, fry for 2 minutes, add bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp. l. butter, add minced meat, fry until color changes. Add salt, cumin, chili, coriander and sauteed vegetables, pour in white wine and cook for 7 minutes, then transfer to a saucepan. Add tomatoes with juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Peel the remaining onion, cut into rings, pour over with boiling water. Chop the cilantro, add before serving. Serve sour cream and chopped onion separately.
