Cutlets and not chicken or fish! Juicy, soft, original! The taste of the fish is not very noticeable, the seaweed gives the original taste.

  1. Prepare minced meat from river fish (I have from perch) so that the bones are not felt, I advise you to twist it 2-3 times with bacon. Cut the chicken breast into pieces (chop).
  2. Prepare minced meat for cutlets from minced fish, minced chicken breasts, eggs, seaweed, spices and onions. Mix well and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Form patties and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
