Make this delicious coffee nut cake that tastes and smells a lot like honey gingerbread. It is easy and quick to prepare, perfect for tea, coffee or warm milk.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your coffee nut pie.
  2. Pour sugar into a bowl and add honey.
  3. You can take any honey of your choice. The darker the honey, the darker the cake will be.
  4. Boil water and dissolve (150 ml) coffee in it.
  5. If you do not like instant coffee, then brew a natural one (at the rate of 150 ml of water per 1 tablespoon of ground coffee) and strain.
  6. Pour coffee into a bowl with honey and sugar. Stir until smooth.
  7. Fry the nuts in a dry skillet over low heat for 7 minutes. Cool and grind.
  8. Pour nuts into coffee mass and add baking soda, stir.
  9. Add the sifted flour.
  10. Stir the dough until smooth without flour lumps. The dough should be like a pancake.
  11. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  12. Pour the dough into a mold and flatten the top. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  13. Bake in a hot oven for 50-60 minutes until tender. Remove from oven and cool in mold.
  14. Remove from the mold, cut and serve.
