Homemade cornstarch biscuits with condensed milk are an unusual baked goods made from available ingredients. The cookie is really unusual, just look at its snow-white color and the way it is molded.   1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for making the condensed milk biscuits.
  2. Combine well softened (or slightly melted) butter with egg yolk. Stir well with a whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the condensed milk and vanilla sugar to the creamy mixture.
  4. Mix everything well with a whisk or mixer at slow speeds.
  5. Pour cornstarch into the oil mixture.
  6. Stir first with a spoon, and then knead with your hands to a pleasant textured dough that easily holds the shape of a ball. Wrap the flourless cookie dough in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. After that, divide the dough into 12-13 pieces weighing 23-25 ​​g each, roll into balls and place on a baking sheet covered with baking parchment.
  8. Press down each ball with the bottom of the glass and make patterns on future cookies using a fork or a plunger for mastic (I got funny snowflakes).
