A surprisingly tasty cookie with a crispy outside and slightly soft inside. Cookies "Mazurka" with raisins and nuts are prepared quickly and easily.

  1. Prepare all the food you need.
  2. Pre-pour the raisins with hot water for about 5 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the raisins.
  3. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees.
  4. Chop the nuts with a knife.
  5. Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat until frothy.
  6. Add sugar and continue whisking.
  7. The mass should turn white and increase in volume.
  8. Sift flour with baking powder into the egg-sugar mixture. You can add a pinch of salt if desired.
  9. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a spatula until smooth.
  10. Add raisins and nuts. Mix.
  11. The dough will be thick enough.
  12. Cover the baking dish with parchment. Put the dough in a mold in an even layer no more than 1.5 cm thick. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven.
  13. Cut into cookies immediately after cooking, while still hot.
