The cookies are soft, aromatic and moderately sweet. Such cookies can be cooked in the oven (at a temperature of 180 C, 15-20 minutes) or in a multi-oven. I made cookies in a multi-baker.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla, sift. Add salt and mix.
  2. Mix sugar with melted and cooled butter. Add the egg and beat it with a whisk.
  3. Pour in milk and mix.
  4. In the liquid mixture, mix the flour in small portions.
  5. Beat the dough with a mixer.
  6. When the Multi Baker is hot, the green indicator lights up. Open the lid of the baker and spread the dough evenly on the lower panel of the appliance. We close the lid.
  7. Cookies are baked for 5 minutes or until the green light comes on.
  8. Transfer the baked cookies with a silicone spatula or wooden skewer and allow time to cool.
  9. Decorate the cookies with chocolate melted in a water bath. Sprinkle the cooled cookies with icing sugar.
  10. Enjoy your tea!
