Wonderful buns! Very tasty, aromatic, light and fast in performance. The result is pretty dough roses, baked goods with apples are very elegant. Decent, quick option instead of rich yeast dough.   1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon, add finely chopped apples, fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, drain into a colander.
  2. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, milk, 60 ml of vegetable oil, 80 g of sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat everything until smooth. Sift flour with baking powder, combine with curd-milk mixture, knead the dough.
  3. The dough turns out to be very pleasant, soft, practically does not stick to your hands.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 5 mm thick. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, roll lightly into the dough. Put the filling on half of the sheet.
  5. Roll the dough into a roll, cut into buns.
  6. Grease the form, put the buns in it with gaps between them. (I have a 24 cm shape, 11 buns.)
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes, until golden brown!
