The recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with dried fruits in the oven. It is ideally cut into portions even immediately after cooking. Delicate, aromatic and very beautiful - a wonderful dessert for the whole family.

Take cottage cheese for the casserole more fat (I used 5%), although it will turn out to be quite tasty on low-fat. Chicken eggs are large (55-60 grams each), and butter - from 72% fat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To prepare this delicious and very appetizing curd casserole, we need the following ingredients: cottage cheese, chicken eggs, semolina, milk, sugar, butter, salt and dried fruit. All foods should be at room temperature.
  2. Pour 120 milliliters of milk into a bowl and add 50 grams of semolina. Stir and leave on the table for 15 minutes - let the semolina swell.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the dried fruit (200 grams). I chose prunes and pitted dried apricots, raisins and dried cherries (50 grams each). Rinse and dry the dried fruits quickly. Cut the prunes and dried apricots into smaller pieces so that the pieces are like raisins.
  4. I advise you to rub 600 grams of cottage cheese through a sieve so that the finished casserole turns out to be especially tender.
  5. Literally 10 minutes and you get such an air mass.
  6. Add a couple of chicken eggs, 40 grams of sugar, semolina with milk and a pinch of salt.
  7. We actively mix everything with a fork or whisk so that the curd mass becomes completely homogeneous. A mixer is not needed here at all.
  8. Add 200 grams of prepared dried fruits.
  9. Stir them into the curd base and everything is ready for baking.
  10. The bottom and walls of the mold (in my case, glass, 20x20 centimeters) are generously greased with soft butter (40 grams).
  11. We shift the curd mass with dried fruits into it.
  12. We level with a spoon or spatula.
  13. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. I have an electric oven, heating up-down, no convection.
  14. Let the finished casserole cool slightly and take it out of the mold. It weighs approximately 1100 grams.
  15. The cottage cheese casserole with dried fruit is good and warm and completely cooled. It is ideally cut into portions even immediately after cooking. Delicate, aromatic and very tasty - a wonderful dessert for the whole family. Cook for health, friends, and bon appetit!
