If you like curd donuts with boiled condensed milk, but have to refrain from fried ones, bake the donuts in the oven. Very fluffy airy dough and a simple filling of boiled condensed milk - the taste is familiar to everyone and dearly loved from childhood.

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. We send the cottage cheese into a deep bowl and grind it with a blender.
  3. Combine eggs and sugar in a separate container, beat with a mixer.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into a bowl of cottage cheese. We mix.
  5. Sift the flour with baking powder to the curd-egg mixture.
  6. We knead the dough first with a spoon, and then with our hands. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, grease them with vegetable oil.
  7. The dough is very soft and tender. We form a roll with a diameter of 5 cm from it.
  8. Cut the roller into pieces 5 cm long.
  9. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  10. Knead each piece of dough into a cake of uniform thickness (so that the thickness of the dough is the same in the middle and along the edges of the cake).
  11. Put a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk in the center of each cake.
  12. Very carefully, without stretching the dough, we collect the edges of the cake up and fasten it, forming a loose "ball" around the filling (the dough will grow not only outside, and it is necessary that it does not displace the filling).
  13. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and grease with vegetable oil.
  14. We spread the blanks on a baking sheet at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other. If you find that in some place the dough has become thinner, lay out the blank with this side up - so the filling will not "run away".
  15. We bake donuts with boiled condensed milk in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  16. The curd donuts are ready. Let them cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
