Let's make a homemade cake with condensed milk! Fragrant, delicate, airy, fluffy and so delicious - it is perfect with a cup of tea or a glass of milk. Once this simple baking recipe helped me out (there were no eggs in the refrigerator), and now I am passing it on to you. Be sure to try this cupcake - it just melts in your mouth, leaving behind a creamy aftertaste.

A few words about the ingredients you need. I use wheat flour of the highest grade, butter - at least 72% fat. We don't buy spreads and margarines!

  1. To make this simple homemade cake, we need the following ingredients: premium wheat flour, condensed milk, water, butter, lemon juice, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. In a bulky dish we combine dry ingredients: 350 grams of premium wheat flour (sift beforehand), 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (mine is dark, because with natural vanilla), 2 teaspoons (without a slide) of baking powder , 1 level teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork or whisk so that all dry ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Pour a can of condensed milk (380 grams) into a dry base.
  5. Next, pour 200 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  6. Don't forget to add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, which will help the baking soda work while baking and raise the cake's dough. We mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon - even a mixer is not needed.
  7. It remains to add 120 grams of melted and cooled butter to the muffin dough.
  8. Stir it into the dough and you can start baking.
  9. We grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of refined vegetable oil (I did not indicate in the ingredients) or butter (we take a teaspoon of the total weight), but then additionally sprinkle the surface with wheat flour (shake off the excess). This method of preparing a baking dish is called a French shirt. We transfer the dough for the cake to the bowl - it turns out to be of medium thickness, tender, keeps its shape and does not spread. Spread the dough with a spoon or spatula.
  10. Cooking a cake with condensed milk on the Baking mode for about 1 hour. He spent 70 minutes with me in a slow cooker. Remember that depending on the model (and therefore the power) of the appliance, the baking time may differ significantly.
  11. Leave the finished homemade muffin in the bowl for 5 minutes to cool slightly, and then remove it using the insert for steam cooking. Let the baked goods cool completely and enjoy.
  12. Before serving, if desired, sprinkle the finished cake with condensed milk with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve. Prepare for health and bon appetit, friends!
