The recipe for the cottage cheese casserole that we ate in kindergarten or school is very simple, and there is a set of products for its preparation in every home. Many children love this cottage cheese casserole, mine is no exception ... We cook, let the dessert cool, then cut into portions and serve with sour cream, condensed milk, jam or jam.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To prepare this curd casserole, we need the following ingredients: cottage cheese (I used 2% fat content), milk of any fat content (I have 2.8%), medium-sized chicken eggs (45-50 grams each), granulated sugar, semolina, butter oil and a little salt to balance the taste.
  2. Soak the semolina in cold milk for 10-15 minutes, that is, just for the time it takes to prepare the cottage cheese.
  3. So that the finished casserole is tender and does not come across large pieces of cottage cheese, we wipe this same cottage cheese through a sieve. Alternatively, you can pass it through a meat grinder (I think, on an industrial scale, that is, in kindergartens, they do it).
  4. The result is a loose and tender curd mass.
  5. We shift the semolina to the cottage cheese, along with the milk in which it was soaked.
  6. Mix everything with a spoon and add chicken eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt (preferably finely ground).
  7. Mix everything again until smooth - no mixers or blenders are needed.
  8. A baking dish (I have a silicone square 20x20 cm) generously grease with soft butter. It is not necessary to use just such a dish - a metal round or any other shape is perfect. The main thing is that the thickness of the curd mass is no more than 3 cm.
  9. Put the curd mixture in a greased form.
  10. We distribute it in an even layer using a spoon or spatula.
  11. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 250 degrees for 25-30 minutes on the middle oven level. I have a gas stove, no convection, bottom heating. I cooked the curd casserole in this way for 20 minutes, after which I turned off the lower heating, turned on the grill and browned the crust for another 5 minutes.
  12. Let the finished curd casserole cool, then cut into portions and serve with sour cream, condensed milk, jam or jam. Cook for your health, friends, and bon appetit!
