Cottage cheese donuts are delicious, aromatic, soft, airy. The donut dough is kneaded quite quickly, and molding also does not take much time. Before baking, donuts are greased with milk, thanks to which a fragrant golden brown crust is formed. Try it, you will like it.

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. Donuts are not very sweet. For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend adding more sugar to the dough.
  3. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  4. We interrupt the cottage cheese with a blender.
  5. Pour the egg into a deep bowl, add sugar, salt, sour cream, vegetable oil and vanillin. Mix with a whisk.
  6. Add cottage cheese to the resulting mass. We mix.
  7. Sift flour with baking powder into the mass.
  8. Knead first with a spoon, then with your hands - we get a soft elastic dough.
  9. We form a roller from the dough and divide it into 10-12 equal pieces.
  10. We roll each piece of dough into a ball, and knead it with our hands into a cake 1-1.5 cm thick.
  11. With the help of a small cut, we make a hole in the center of the cake (I used a nozzle for a pastry bag to cut it). We form another donut from the cut out circles.
  12. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and put donuts on it very freely. Lubricate them with milk using a culinary brush.
  13. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, bake the donuts until golden brown.
  14. The curd donuts are ready. Remove from the baking sheet, let cool slightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  15. We serve cottage cheese donuts to the table warm or cooled, adding, if desired, your favorite drink.
