Cutlets with Semolina and Mustard

One of my favorite recipes. The cutlets are the most tender without any bread.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add semolina, mustard and egg to the minced meat, mix until smooth and leave for 30 minutes or more, so that the semolina swells and the mass becomes fluffy.
  2. Peel the onions and chop very finely. Add finely chopped onions, mayonnaise, salt and spices to the minced meat, mix well. Form small cutlets, roll in flour or breadcrumbs if desired.
  3. Fry cutlets over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Then reduce the heat to a minimum, pour 50 g of water into the pan, cover with a lid and extinguish the fried cutlets a little. Serve with a side dish or fresh vegetables, garnished with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
