I suggest making a traditional English bean soup with minced meat. This soup warms up in the cold season and leaves us full for a long time.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the meat well, add cold water. Put on fire and cook until tender, skimming off the foam. Place the meat on a cutting board and cut into pieces. Strain the broth.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings or small cubes, garlic into plates. Fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
  3. Then add tomato paste and a little broth. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and send to the boiling broth. Let it boil.
  5. Peel the carrots, cut into strips and add to the broth. Cook until half cooked, about 7 minutes.
  6. Then add canned beans, green beans and green peas to the broth. Pour in soy sauce. Cook for another 5-7 minutes after boiling.
  7. Fry the minced meat in a separate dry frying pan, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  8. Add fried minced meat and pieces of boiled meat to the stew.
  9. Add tomato-onion frying, a little sugar, sweet paprika to the soup. Taste for salt, if not enough, then add salt and cook for 15-20 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the soup and let it brew.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
